Healthy protein breakfast for a better start of the day

It’s well accepted that eating breakfast is the best start to the day. But there are so many unhealthy breakfasts masquerading as healthy breakfasts that it’s easy to start the day with a load of sugar instead!

Look at granola. Healthy right? All those oats and dried fruits. However, many have 13g of sugar in a small portion- which is 25% of the RDA.
