for a 3-day wellbeing retreat on 14-16 October 2020
As you enjoy the serene peace of one of the most spectacular places in Devon with a small group of likeminded men and women, you’ll have the opportunity to fully unwind, eat beautiful, high-vibrational food, enjoy private one2one sessions with Carola and Vikki and dive deep into your personal mental and physical wellbeing.

Dr Vikki Barnes, Clinical Psychologist and Happiness Specialist
Carola Becker, Nutritional Therapist and Coach
Both are passionate and experienced in their fields, well-known speakers with an unconventional style and instinctive enthusiasm about wellbeing.

You will also have the opportunity to swim, surf, walk, do yoga, meditate,
access the spa and….. make life-long friends!

What to Expect:
When you join the retreat, expect to let go of the responsibilities of your everyday life (maybe even unplug your phone!), and create space for yourself to explore your very own wellbeing.

Our retreat is what you make it, and if you want to spend the entire retreat in the spa being pampered or walk the beautiful grounds, you are welcome to. If you want to interact and have a hands-on experience and learn about nutrition, meditation, yoga and positive psychology, it’s all there for the taking!

However you decide to approach the retreat, you can be sure to find a safe space to be you, be comfortable, eat well, and take a step towards awakening your wellbeing potential.

Day 2 – 15 October
7:00 For the early risers: tea and coffee, walk, swim or gym (depending on the weather)

11:00 Talk 2 –  guest speaker Chris Bentley, former Exeter Chiefs Player
12:30 Lunch

Day 3 – 16 October

FEES
Double room  – sole occupancy:
£790.00, special early bird £690.00

Double or Twin room  – double occupancy
£650.00, special early bird 550.00 per person

We recommend booking early as we only have a limited number of rooms with sea view available!

Please note that when you are booking with us, you understand and accept the following terms and conditions:

A 50% deposit must be paid to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be received by 2nd September 2020. Bookings made after 2nd September 2020 must be paid in full.

If we do get lockdown again due to Covid 19 we will cancel the event and
​would provide a full refund.

​If you wish to cancel your retreat for any other reasons than Covid 19, you must confirm this in writing. For any cancellations before 15th August 2020, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% admin charge. If you cancel between 15th August 2020 and 2nd September 2020 a 50% refund will be provided. If you cancel after 2nd September 2020 no refund is provided.

We advise you take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking, which will help cover any cancellation fees. If you fail to join the retreat, arrive after the commencement of the retreat, or leave the retreat prior to its completion, no refund will be made.
