Did you ever expect to see a photo like this on my blog?? But today we are talking about Comfort food which may well be a doughnut! Whatever your personal comfort food may be- chocolate, ice cream, a bacon buttie, a nice fresh croissant or your mum’s pancakes with crispy bacon (please delete as appropriate!)- it gives you this cosy feeling.
But if you are trying to loose weight or simply live healthier are you feeling guilty afterwards? How can you manage to have a treat every once in a while but avoid thinking “Oh well, now I’ve blown it anyway- I can as well give up”?
Don’t give up! Simply ask yourself: Have you been good all of last week? Did you eat healthy foods? Did you not overeat? How much alcohol did you consume?
